I quite like this lag phase.. Everyone is in the same boat, and it makes for funny 1 on 1's.. Like running around someone while he unloads his clip into thin air, then both standing there, and the other with a full clip just mows him down.

It's a bad time for vehicles, snipers etc, but great for Sentry guns!

Heh...I squared off with someone recently on Shingle at close range and we both went into a strafe circle stand-off. All 7 shots from my Clark doesn't get him and all 40 from hiss Voss doesn't get me. He got me with a pistol in the end though.

Good! Im not the only one with this. Yea it always starts 15-30 minutes after I starte to play. Really annoying. Any way we can tell EA.

Yeah I've been getting those lag spikes too, but it's not too bad on my comp. It's just annoying.

Why don't we fix it all if we go back to fighting war like it was 1742...

You mean the time with canon shots that don't even pass the friendly lines, with rifles that makes the bullet deviate so much it's hits your ass, with enormous war ships but not even with a communication system, except for yelling? I'm in

And the lag duels are quite interesting lol. I once used my entire ganz clip (until it overheated) on a guy while crouched, but he ended up knifing me...

For myself, the first game I play has no lag,( and lag I mean every 2 to 3 seconds, there is 1/4 to 1/2 second pause just like above post.) After the first game ends, the next loads up, and thats when my lag starts. I can close and then reload, but I end up missing some of the game, switched sides, too much hastle. I think the lag originates from the streaming punkbuster, but idk. Some thing definetly needs attention, and quick. This started for me about December 17 or so. Peace and Thanks.
