2 questions
first of all merry christmas to you and your families
i have 2 questions to ask
1st i cant connect for some reason to your teamspeak, i was able for a lot of months but now I'm not.i do everything your icon in teamspeak says, and still it doesn't connect.
2nd for some reason one of the past days, i connected in cerbere, didn't have my unlocks, disconnected, tried to reconnect but nothing, i supposed the server was down, waited one or two minutes and again i couldn't connect.i went to gametracker and the server was up and running..??

- That happens to me sometimes, server shows up as offline even though it is up and running. When that happens, I usually can only join the server by joining on a friend (or restarting 2142, which takes forever).

1. That's the image i was talking about
even if i press quick join, it still won't connect :S

You don't need to restart 2142.. you can just logout and login.
