Ingame: navigate to "Community - Battlerecorder" and find the date/time/map of the file you are looking for, on the list on the left. (Probably somewhere near the very bottom) and download it

tried, but i thing there is a bug, when i try to download it says i am unable, it used to do it on the mg server as well, thats why there is a site hosting those downloads for the mg server, maybe its only my pc?

puh, dont know. normally it should work. i downloaded it like bigeye said and everything was fine. only the searching was annoying.
