Rank promotions

Is there something I should do to get a new rank?

I've got over 140 points but I'm still in the first rank, with no unlocks, the rank bar shows 140/40 for the next rank but it won't change.

Am I missing something?

When you gain a rank, you should have the option of choosing an unlock at the end of the round before the next round begins. If not, the stats database probably needs some time to update.

Some say that signing into another server will get the status to update, but your mileage may vary. Give it a shot and see if it works.

That works for some people, you should rank up each time you get a point until it catches up.

I've recently been having problems gaining my next rank. I'm now about 150 points over the rank promotion milestone, and I still haven't ranked up yet. I've played a few times over the last two days on the TG Server and once on another server since getting the requisite number of rank points but there's still nothing.

Anyone else having similar problems? I'm considering contacting EA if no rank appears within the next 200 points / 2 days.

Everytime this has happened, I do into another ranked server, and after the first point, i'll gain the rank. Now, you are probably 2-3 ranks over due.. they may not all update at the same time.

Definitely keep playing on different servers. It happened to me after getting a ribbon that pushed me over the rank requirement at the end of the round. Eventually another server will recognize your points and give you the promotion.

I'm just suprised it's still happening to this day - was hoping they'd get it worked out.
