New Spawn Beacon Problems
It seems like the behavior of the spawn beacons changed with the 1.05 patch. I hate it.
Dropping becons inside the enemy titan won't spawn squad members inside the titan but spawns players in drop pods. I think this is supposed to fix the exploits where players would get into inaccessible areas of the titan. Now, SL's have to worry about placing the beacon too close to the titan's outer wall or else spawning players will fall off the edge of the titan.
I couldn't place a beacon inside my own titan successfully. Every time I laid the beacon, it wouldn't create a useable spawn point. Although, I couldn't create a spawnable point before because I had tried placing it earlier without luck. It could be related to the third problem I found during yesterday's games.
Randomly, a spawnable beacon would become useless. It wasn't destroyed and was working fine when originally placed. It seemed to turn into an unspawnable point after I died in a vehicle. I tried picking up the beacon and placing it again but I couldn't create a spawnable point until the next round.

I see that as a fix. The squad beacon has your players POD in from a 'dropship' . They shouldn't be able to spawn inside a structure. If you want that, you have to let them spawn on you instead.
If you place the beacon under a structure, it'll show as unspawnable (red around the green). This probably is what happens to you now when you try to place a beacon inside the titan. You need to place it outside on the titan, and I'm sure it would work then.
Your 3rd issue is a continuation. Sometimes the ability for players to spawn on the SL or beacon bugs. Only ways to fix it is leave the squad, rejoin, and get SL back, start a new squad, or wait until a new map loads.Telorn

You can still place beacons inside the titan. I could get squad members spawning on the enemy titan by placing the beacon inside the titan. The only thing that changed is they pod in instead of spawning next to the beacon. On my own titan, I think it was a bug since I was already having trouble placing a good beacon in the open on the ground.
This spawning problem seems to have evolved from the previous version. I used to get bad spawn problems at the start of the round. Now, I randomly get it mid-round. I wish this would be fixed.
