I Get This Problem Way To Many Times, But My Way To Solve It In Order So I Dont Have To Disconect And Reconect, Is That I Apply For Comander, Next Round Ill Be Off The Squad, And Since I Notice That Not To Many Tg Apply For Comander...(dont Know Why) Youll Have A Pretty Good Chance To Become The Comander To Lead Your Team To A Glorious Victory, Or Its Most Devastating Defeat On This Planet

Squad locking was really bad last night for me as well. For me though it always puts me in a nonexistent delta squad and won't let me leave.

I don't know if this has been adressed before, but sometimes (and only on the TG servers; vanilla specifically) when you start a new round, you end up stuck in a squad. This squad is sometimes prenamed with something like TG, Sucker, or just the Aplha Bravo etc names.

You cannot leave the squad, and switching teams leaves you still stuck in these squads. Also, when someone joins this squad, you are pushed down to a squad member. Then, somehing i've notcied more recently is that whenever someone on your team leaves or joins a squad, it tells you at the bottom of your screen. Even if they are not in/leaving your own squad.

Finally, i think that being in this pseudosquad, the server doesn't recognize you as being in a squad because you never actually joined it. After 90 seconds i was booted ofr not being in a squad. However, this wasn't 90 seconds after i joinde the game. I think it was 90 seconds after there was some sort of squad joining/leaving activity. I was in the game for a while before being kicked.

IF anyone knows what the issue is, or if there is a fix for it, I'd appreciate it.

it happens in EVERY server not just TG..

its a known bug that has been out since the release of 2142.

had it in beta testing of 2142 and still have it to date...

i agree it should have been fixed by now... its getting realy old.

the only thing you can do is leave the game and rejoin..

heck i believe its in vanilla BF2 also if i remember right???
