Banned?

I sent an email out with regard to this problem i am having. I cannot join the bf2142 server because it says i have been banned. I always played prior to my christmas vacation and when i returned from vacation i was apparently banned. I have tried joining when there are very few people in the server and, still, i cannot join. I tried the solution that was offered by bommando but it didnt seem to work for 2142. If anyone knows why i was banned i would be interested to know and if anyone has any other solutions i would be glad to hear them as well.
