Another PB problem

I need help, PB is going crazy!

My friend and I were playing on a titan server (not the TG one) and halfway through the game he got kicked by PB. We then went to another server and he got the same message. So far he has run the utility from the PB site, but it just spits a bunch of files on his desktop which dont do anything to help the problem. Should he move the files to the pb folder or is there something else?

hes downloading the wrong file from pb,,,, he needs the pb setup

then go to the link for windows or whatever he is running
