My unlock selections have cleared

I used an unlock to unlock a NS infantry scanner when patch 1.2 came out, the game allowed you to do this for about 3 days.
But now all my selections have cleared !
I had to spend the time reselecting my unlocks !

Same problem here - all my unlocks were reset; plus, I lost three unlocks.

I used to have 29 selected unlocks (0 available). Last two days, it showed me as having -3 available unlocks. That's negative three. Today, I have 0 selected unlocks and 26 available unlocks.

I've got 19923 points. I am trying to find out whether I should have 26 or 29 unlocks for that score.

I did play the NS beta and got an award or two. Mebbe that's the problem.

I have a theory on what happened: I've lost the points I'd gained during NS beta testing. As a result, my rank dropped and my unlocks were lost. Whether I lost just the points for the NS awards or all the NS points I do not know.

My theory is pretty shaky tho. The icons for captain, lieutenant and major look far too much alike and I cannot remember the exact rank I had. If I check my points history on the bf portal, everything looks proper. It shows my most unlock history properly, but it shows me as having no unlocks.

Oh well. Time to pick them unlocks again and move on.

I've decided to leave some trees i had completely unlocked and completed unlocks some new trees, well new to me anyway, to mix it up for me and change the game dynamics

I'm now Silver the sniper
MrSparkle and me will tear you all up !

yes EA couldnt clear some of the unlocks that we recieved from NS.

therefor they wiped ALL our unlocks and gave us the unlock points back

so we could reselect our unlocks. Silver in the combat testing web page they have explained why this has happened.

i had a few trees totaly unlocked also but i find i dont use them as much so i unlocked a few other trees like you have to make it alittle more interresting

so let the games BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's funny, I had the opposite sort of. I had 39 unlocks and one day I log on and I have 40 unlocks. quite odd I thought. Then when I finally ranked to Brigadier General I had 41 unlocks. Then when NS beta closed I lost my extra unlock, then when 1.2 came out I got my unlock back. All very confusing.

They added a news ticker item on the server load screen about this. I caught it tonight while loading up, and it looks like everyone in the NS Beta was given a reset and the impression I got from the text was that they were doing it as a reward for participating in the Beta. The technical problems mentioned earlier might have been the underlying reason, of course.

I had my extra nade unlock taken back but I was given an unlock credit for it. So I just chose it again.

I lost my nade unlock, but I never got credit back for it.

I had 41 unlocks, then I went on today and I had 39/40 with my grenade unlock locked again... very odd.

Silver, check with the BF2142 Official Forums on EA.com. They have a sticky thread dedicated to this problem as well as about 15 pages of other ppl's posts and various EA employees trying to narrow down the problem(s) and resolve the situation.
