when am playing the game its telling me kicked for having too many ping or somthing like that ... then punkbuster kicks me

Does this happen on every server you play on or on certain servers only? Some servers are set up to auto kick if your ping is too high. What kind of ISP do you have? You need to be selecting servers that have a good ping for your ISP in your area. If you are unsure on how to determine your ping and how it relates to servers let us know.

Well just a tip: always join servers with a green or orange latency (those colors are used in BF 2142). Also I'll give an indication about what ping is playable and what isn't (you can see how high your ping is if you click tab in BF 2142, then look to your name and all the way to the right it shows your ping):

1-40 : great, you will be able to play without much lag
40-80: not bad, you will not have alot of lag
80-140: this is where it starts to annoy, you will probably encounter lag some time
140-200: worse, you will encounter lag pretty frequently
200-250: bad, the game is almost unplayable altough some can get used to it
250-300: not playable at all, I haven't have experience with these amounts altough they seem unplayable for me. Also, most of the servers will kick you automatically if your ping is above 300.

Better tip: click on the advanced tab to see the actual ping numbers instead of this lame color scheme :P

Okay, true. But if you don't know what numbers are good (smooth gameplay) and bad (laggy gameplay) that won't really help you... (solution - take a look at the awesome Concr3te ping indicator )

Just a guess, but you may be inadvertently spamming the server with too many "P"s. I'd get that key unstuck and see if it hasn't been causing you this unnecessary grief and anguish.

am from malta ... but the game is worldwide so there shoudnt b any problems or at least they shoudnt sale it here

We have very good players from Australia and New Zealand that play successfully with pings in the two-hundreds. Unfortunately, the internet is not created equally in all countries. Choosing another ISP might help. But you may just have to find a server more local to you.
