hello folks could someone tell me how to accesss the TEAM unlock . i can't see any where how to do it .i know about normal unlocks of course ,but just can't find team unlocks your help would be appreciated .

I don't know what you mean with team unlocks. Could you tell me where you heard about them?
Things you could mean with it are:

field unlocks - these are temporary unlocks which you get for following squadleaders' orders
squad leader unlocks - these include the squad leader spawn beacon and the otus and accipiter drones (these can only be used by the squad leader and require a certain amount of squad members)

If these are not what you mean please give some more details about 'team unlocks'.

as Concr3te said these are temp unlocks you get by being in a squad and following SL orders. You get points based on kills, captures, resupplys and revives within a specified range of a cap point or silo with an order on it and these points acrue until you receive the notice of the unlock. Then at the customize screen you will see field upgrade flashing yellow and are then able to pick one item from one level up from whatever is currently unlocked in each class including general upgrades and use that item as long as you are loged on to that server. These are great because it allows you to test items to see if you want to spend an unlock on them in the future. Hope this clarifies your question. Oh and by the way, you will get tons of opportunities for field upgrades playing on TG servers with TG squads!! Welcome to the boards and good luck!

When you complete squad objectives it will give you field unlocks. To choose your field unlock you look above the map when you are at the kit selection screen (usually while dead or waiting for first spawn on a map.) There will be three tabs at the top if you have a field unlock. First is MAP, next is CUSTOMIZE, and last (I beleive) is FIELD UPGRADE. Choose the field upgrade tab, and for each one you have earned through play you can chose an item on that screen. NOTE: If you do not have any field unlocks available the third tab will not exist on your screen.

A word of warning, when you choose an item, and you have an active spawn point selected it will spawn you. So, if you don't want to spawn and pick a few things, deselect your spawn point by clicking on empty space on the map first.
