Meh Rank is GONE!

So im facing a problem. I cant command anymore because everywhere I go, my rank shows as private, even though I should have been warrant officer gold over a thousand points ago.

Some background: it's been this way for about a week now, i've restarted, reinstalled, and checked with EA to make sure I didnt get reset for some reason. My account is unflagged, so it wasnt that. I still have all my unlocks, just no rank and its kinda bugging me.
If anyone has any insight, please let me know.

Ferris, every once and a while when i log in it shows me as private as well. I have noticed this more and more often on TG servers recently but then again I pretty much only play on TG anymore anyways. Have you tried on non TG servers?

Do you still have access to your unlocks? I have that happen sometimes as well with no unlocks available and showing as a private?

I guess I really dont have an exact solution but I dont think you are the only one having this issue. I will dig around on EA's boards and see if there is any recent issues with this as well.

Matter of fact, I should have ranked up twice and almost 3 times according to my 2142 stats page:

Also, to answer before anyone asks, yes, I have played on multiple other servers since this started happening last week and have got many a kill. So the "switch server and get a kill" thing doesnt work.

When you reinatalled, did you delete your "My Documents\Battlefield 2142" directory. Could be that the persistent bug is in that cached data. I had some of that data get corrupted and it kept 2142 from even loading.

Just my two cents... hope you get it figured out.

Hmm, try playing on a ranked server that is NOT TG for a few days. Then hop back over to the TG servers and see if it updates.
