Re: Getting mic to work on TS
Make sure that you have gone into "Sounds and Audio Devices" from the Control Panel in Windows. Under the "Audio" tab, make sure you have your correct selections listed and volumes adjusted. I also uncheck the "Use only default devices" box.
Then, go to the "Voice" tab and run the "Test hardware" button. You may need to mute voice playback if you get feedback. Teamspeak also has its own settings for Wave or Direct Sound input/output devices. If this didn't help, let me know.

Re: Getting mic to work on TS
There is an output volume setting in TS under Settings; Sound input/output settings. You can use the slider up to to boost your mic volume. On that same page there is also a Local Test button so you can see if TS is picking up your voice.
