Yeah, I'm pretty much of the mind now that it's Realtek not playing well with Windows once you change certain settings (though I have no idea which settings it doesn't like). I did a system restore and got back to a point where VOIP worked last night. I might get a converter for my headset and mess with it all again at some point, but for now, I'm just glad I can play.

This may not "solve" the problem but it would fix it if you know what I mean.

Yeah, but I'm cheap. :P The reason my computer is as nice as it is gaming-system-wise is that my brother-in-law got our family and friends to chip in on it and had a good amount of money to play with. I probably wouldn't have gone as all-out as he did with it. So, if anything, I'll probably just go the route of the USB connector. That's if I ever decide to mess with it again; for now, TeamSpeak is dead to me.
