Walker shooting bug

Theres a random 1/20 chance that the walker runs into a bug where the diver isn't able to shoot rockets strait. They shoot and curve up or down. The main cannons also cause no damage even on many confirmed direct hits and also on explosive crates.

It appears that it only effects the driver and not the walker. When another dirver enters they seem to shoot fine. Anyone know of a remedy other then hand the walker over to someone else?

I've never seen anything like this before. Are your controls something funky or you change any config files accidentally?

In my Walker career I found out its only the Pac Walker that will ever act like this and the chance I think is higher than 1/20 - id say 1/10 even.

The Rockets will fly strange paths and even on impact not do any damage. The little Blue balls will get no hit indicator whatsoever. Very annoying.

I agree 100%. Walker drivers should always be recon. Zeller to get rid of motion mines. RDX to get rid of EMP mines and motion mines. Jihad walkers. Cloak device to be able to sneak into the enemy's base and steal their walker. If you are camping a certain spot with your walker, place AMPs around the legs to stop those pesky recons from RDXing your walker. Sure you can't repair yourself, but that's when you create a one-man locked squad and spam for a supply crate.

Last I knew, stealing anything but a fav for a get away, after a you destory comand assests in a ucb was agaist the server rules. same as jihad tactics and one man locked squads.

I've noticed this only once, it was beyond frustrating.
