Getting kicked with a VIOLATION (IGNORING QUERIES) #9003 from punkbuster. This happened between 6:00 and 6:15 EDT.

Yes, updating punkbuster manually followed by a system reboot usually fixes this.

That means that the PB client is crashing repeatedly. If updating punkbuster didn't help try opening a ticket at evenbalance.com.
