mic icon problems

when using the ingame VOIP, after pressing and holding V sometimes the green icon goes to a yellow one, not sure if thats a problem or not but i'd be appreciative of suggestions.

I *believe* it happens when your voice volume is too low or too load. You could try adjusting your mic settings to achieve a more audible setting and get the happy green icon.

As Pablo said, it means your mic is either too loud or soft. Ask for a mic check in your next squad before adjusting anything.

ya I don't think it means much if it sometimes turns yellow when you talk but if it's almost constant you may need to mess with your mic settings. I think most people hear me fine even if the icon is switching back and forth from green to yellow. then again I don't exactly listen to myself in the third person a lot.

if its yellow it means your voice is clipping. (its too loud) It causes distortion (just like on a guitar) it means your voice isnt as easy to understand but it isnt terrable

I find it hard to get it green all of the time, but so far no one has complained (well, one guy, but the fan was on too).
