More problems

I was playing on the 16 man tunis harbor this moring on TG then I get punkbusted. So I rejoin and I cant see anything except for a few trees and and sign or two and below me is water, but I float above it. I have tried restarting battlefield, logging in and out. and I dont really wanna re install it again. thanks

This happens to me on occasion when I mess with my graphics settings. Have you adjusted anything lately?

I have increased my audo settings but thats it.

I rebooted and it fixed it but now every server says I have a modded version, after I got disconnected from TG

Hmm... does the Tactical Gamer server say you have a "modded" version?

I get this occasionally from some servers outside the US.

Perhaps you had a hard disk problem and ended up corrupting a file or two? Is there anything in Windows XP Event Viewer under the System Log? (eventvwr.exe)

You might try re-applying the lastest "full" patch and see if that fixes your problem.

This happened to me last week. I know there is a fix for it listed somewhere in this forum, but I was too lazy (or better put, irritated) to search for it. I reinstalled the patch twice to no avail and then just reinstalled the game again (I've done this multiple times now). After reinstalling and patching, it works again. If you don't feel like going through the hassles of reinstalling, then I suggest searching the depths of this forum for the answer. Or, maybe you'll get lucky and someone will post a link to the original thread with the resolution.

thanks, battlefield has be hating be for the past week now and I barely played for two hours since last monday with all the issues it has had.

It only happened when I tryed to join through X-fire but if I load it normally there is no problems.
