Now, this has only happened twice to me, and only when I pick up someone else's kit.
Basically, whatever their kit was is fine, unless they have rockets (so far). For one thing, the symbol on the right when you use the mousewheel is a scar/krylov depending on their team. When I switch to it, I take some damage, and then my game just closes, no warning, no lag, nothing. help? ![]() |

Re: Rocket bug
I've had that happen only once. It was very very very odd. During a practice, so wasn't too bad. I picked up Voss, switched to rockets, and a scar popped up, took 7 dmg, would immediately go back to Voss and the 7 dmg was gone.
As for fixing it/what causes it, I have no clue at all.

Re: Rocket bug
It is caused when a kit only has rockets equipped (no defib or other stuff) and one of the unlock rifles it used. Since this rarely happens because if you have the rockets you have other unlocks as well, I doubt it will be a high priority.

Re: Rocket bug
I have to wonder just how many people are going to try and prove or disprove this tonight.

Re: Rocket bug
I've had this happen several times. Pick up a kit, it's a standard Voss: revive+rockets. Switch to rockets, take some damage and the weapon model changes to Scar. Never had it happen to me when I picked up a PAC kit though.

Re: Rocket bug
Yeah, I've always had that issue with less ammo after getting revived. Never have I once been revived into full rockets or pistol.

Re: Rocket bug
I've never experienced this problem.
Did everyone here who has experienced this "bug" get their game through EA Link?

Re: Rocket bug
I also have a (good) bug where if I switch from rockets, then back, I don't have to re-load. Of course, i would never Dreeeeam of exploiting it...
