you will still be able to buy it when it is released (price to be confirmed).
I am sure at some date it will be free, but Vietnam is still not free and northern strike for 2142 was only made free in the final patch a few years after it was released, TG had custom nights for those with northern strike?

Have you a source they can be normal rotation or is that an assumption? My concern is that they keep talking about this being like Vietnam for bad co 2 and that it will have throwback weapons of BF2. To me, that sounds like a separated mode.

I'm sure most people will pre-order before the game releases, I'm just waiting for it to get "closer" to release before doing so, and of course, Steam. If the game releases, it clearly says you can buy them at launch. TG should not hold back on hosting these maps, because someone is missing the maps.
Once MP details are released, and your happy with the details, you should pre-order, then the maps are yours for free. If not, then you cannot get mad for having to buy them once the game is released. So besides Italy, we should be able to pre-order up until right before it releases. I'm sure Steam should have it up long before then.

Oh I'm just assuming here.. I'm also afraid it will be like 'Nam, NS a separate mode but I'm hoping it will just be a map pack that you get early if you pre-order..

I really hope it is just a map pack too. NAM was a good exp pack but having to switch modes and all to find a server and having only a few maps is no fun. Also everyone I know never is playing it so since it is separate I hardly play it. If it was integrated and could flip easy between maps then we would see more servers mix it in. There is no reason IMO to break it out like they are suggesting.
It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
