With the Gamescom multiplayer trailer, and EA press event, DICE has released a list of all the weapons and equipment that will be available in Battlefield 3. Among other things, it is confirmed that portable anti-air launchers will be available, as well as claymore mines. Without further ado, here is the full list of official, confirmed Battlefield 3 weapons:
Assault rifles
M67 Hand grenades
M18 Smoke grenades
C4 explosives
M15 Anti tank mine
Claymore mine
60MM Mortar
M320 40mm launcher with grenades/smoke/shotgun
M26 MASS with shotgun/Flechettes/flag round/solid slugs
So excited to see things like the Stinger come back
Also, I'm curious to know if we're going to see the javelin in its true form. We already know firemodes can be switched on rifles, so perhaps they'll let you switch between direct attack and top attack... I certainly wouldn't want to use top attack if there were any fast movers overhead, it'd be like sending up a flare. They're including both the M98B and M82A3, which is also curious. Perhaps the M82 will retain its semiauto and .50, with the M98B finally receiving its correct caliber of 338Lapua
Open question. What is a T44 pistol? It doesn't seem to be a Tokarev, and worldguns says it's a precursor to the M60, while wikipedia says it's a precursor to the M14 battle rifle.

Probably a mistake on BF3Blog's/DICE's part. It's probably the Tokarev Type 33. Maybe even they couldn't get licensing for the T33 so instead changed to the T44 so not to infringe?
I wonder if the G18 on the list will be a selective fire (semi/auto) compensated version... (aka the Glock 18C) If so it would make a dandy backup for snipers without a spotter/cover.

It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
Things usually unfold faster than...
