I was wondering if we are going to lower the player count to start on the servers? I have free time most mornings and would seed our servers but without the min of 8 people you can't do anything but sit and wait. Is there a way for it to start like the BC2 servers did where no points awarded til there were enough players but at least you could run around and try stuff out?
Yes please! It would be awesome if I could go around with a few players and just learn the new maps a little. Right now I feel like I'm constantly walking/spawning into ambushes and, aside from Operation Metro, I have no clue as to what the best attack paths are for the other maps.
I'm fine with no points till 8 people on server, just wish that the lock down was reduced. Ideally would like to be able to join empty server and seed, but be able to play around with the environment till enough people are on.
This is just the first week of the game though and I don't expect that things like this will get sorted out for some time. Just wanted to put the thought out there.
On October 29th Tactical Gamer will join the rest of the gaming world for the launch of Battlefield 4. We've been going full bore behind the scenes here of late to be ready to go the moment BF4 goes...
