Blue tint.

Is it just me or does it not exist and people are complaining about nothing?

I don't see this "horrible" blue tint people keep bitching about.

The only map that has a blue tint is Metro and thats down in the SMOKE FILLED BOMBED OUT POORLY LIT tunnel.

There seems to be a lot of it on that map, Bazaar something.
Sorry I dont know names of maps well, some maps with an aircraft carrier have it too.
Whats with the flying tank?

I love BF3, but you may need to take off the rose tinted glasses there. They are probably making your game a weird shade of violet anyway.

Im strictly talking about "blue" tint, Like I said, metro is the only one with anything that looks blue.

Ahh screw it im done with defending the game, fine they screwd it up, I dont care anymore.

It is there, it doesn't really bother me much though. Games do different things like that.

Point is...despite all of these criticisms (including my own complaint about tanks)... BF3 is still the best FPS on the market right now. We all have ways we would make it better, but I can give you a laundry list from BF2, BF2142, COD4, TF2 and I love those games too.

Its on like 1 or two of the maps for gods sake.

It should not be an issue, along with all of the other things like the sun and tact lights.

See the change from 17 to 18. It was how they wanted the game to look and every map is affected by it.

Comparing how the colors changed in bf2 wake/bf1943 wake to bf3 wake also makes it quite obvious.

Im thinking its myself because that looks like they put a very subtle white layer over top.

Up the digital vibrance in Nvidia control panel. Simple, and makes a big difference.

I don't notice it, and it doesn't bother me, what bothers me is that it somehow "ruins" the game.

Im just mad, complaining because people are nitpicking the hell out of BF3, Yet BF2 is some god game, yet it had more problems then BF3 had.

I don't mind the blue tint. I get what DICE are trying to make the game feel like with the blue tint in metro fx. Not saying I like it, cause the Alpha stage colours looks alot more realistic.

Wait, you made this thread?

It's fairly well established and accepted that there's a noticable blue tint in the game. I wouldn't say it ruins it, but it's there. To say otherwise is a matter of settings/monitors/etc

At the end of the day it's more about healthy criticism. Also, it may be your opinion that BF3 is better than BF2, but you should realize that goes directly against most who played BF2. Most people who played BF2 feel it was miles ahead of BF3.

...Opinions, man.

At TG, it wasnt about the "game", it was about the people that came together, that showcased teamwork, that flat out had an awesome time with it. Then Greasy made a mod and it was all downhill from there. What a ride!

People have graphical problems with their game and you create a thread stating that there is no problem, everyone is wrong and everything is chipper? Cmon..

I personally do npt have this problem, or I dont notice it. That does not mean that other people do or do not experience this issue.
