Re: PC Features (and beta news)
Well if we do ever get that player count, the maps would have to be not too small so as to accommodate better game play, there could be "small" maps, but they would need to be larger than the small maps in 2142.

Re: PC Features (and beta news)
Ouch!

Anyway I sure hope there are more surprises on the way for the PC version of BC2, like maybe dice will turn around and say, "when we said 32 player, we meant per team".........Faint!

Re: PC Features (and beta news)
32 players? I was hoping for 40 or so, but it is still a lot better than 24. That's what I wanted to hear. Now I can pre-order with confidence.
So when is TG getting a server?

That's undecided. Although I would Imagine that it would be pretty quickly. That's not an official post though.

Great, now I got that song stuck in my head again, thanks for that!

That depends on a few things, but I'm guessing it won't take very long.

Re: PC Features (and beta news)
I just posted some of my basic reflections on the beta here in the review forum. It's far from being a comprehensive review, but hopefully will provide some insight on the particulars for those who haven't had a chance to check it out yet.
