What is HBAO?
Seems it's a poorly optimized lighting effect.. turning it on cuts my frame rate in half.

This might change in final release, but seeing as it makes very little difference, I prefer the higher FPS. Not sure if mine is on or off at the minute.. Better check that!

seems like it has more shadows, almost as if you turned up the contrast
