Fragments from our first time as a four member squad in Dayz. At minute 13 we are attacked by 3 zombies. I made my first zombie kill -- a clean head shot. Finestyle killed a cow. John cooked steak. Yum.
Good headshot Michael ! I hope the steak is cooked the way you like it, medium rare, right
I missed recording two very dramatic moments -- when I spotted the Zombie about to come into the barn, and when I saw the Zombie chasing Vol, and the subsequent Z kill. Those are the key moments I wish to capture (zombie encounters), so I will just leave the recorder on all the time -- plenty of disk space. Our team has excellent fire discipline -- with at least three people we should always be safe. Your lead is excellent as usual -- calling formations, scanning open areas before proceeding, designating overwatch sectors and targets/threats, reload reminders, calling for overwatch while anyone is engaged in fires/cows/checking bodies ect., -- all excellent SOPs. On no less than two occasions we unexpectedly encountered zombies at danger close which demonstrates how we need to keep formations, SOPs, and vigilance at all times. Once we have established camp we should recon a military site for heavy weapons and ammo -- can we stash such supplies at our camp until needed or must it be always in our backpacks?
Agree with you buddy. Our virtual training on PR and ArmA battlefields pay off Yep, we can store looted items in the tents as long as they are not looted by others.
