I was encouraged by the number of people who showed up for Island Ep2 event on our Arma side. We filled the server and some super old forgotten faces peeked into our corner. This includes one of our former Arma GOs. I am also encouraged by some of the in-house squads' interest in the event series as well as the Arma-verse. TG-Arma is tight knit group of guys who almost exclusively play together. With the new faces, the transition to fit into the culture hopefully would be easy.

So I found this great piece of tool when trying to fix a problem with the tasks not being able to show up on dedicated server. It is a hidden little tool which allows you to run your own dedicated server from your computer. Arma admins might find this useful also as it eases the process of messing with the config files. I could run a dedicated server instance from my computer and join that server from my computer game to test if certain features ran different on a dedicated server. I find it to

Well, I am at it again. I have been thinking about how to take a series of events to the next level. I am simply calling it The Island. The twist would be a series of short missions from all perspectives of a conflict. We have been playing mostly BLUFOR and some GREENFOR attacking, attacking episode after episode. It is time to mix it up a little.
