Also on the forum, Iron Chef Chen posted this about the next update:

We're getting closer. We've been testing some of the fixes today and they are looking good.

I'll try to give an update soon, but right now, we've kind of got our heads down trying to bust these fixes out ASAP.

I just posted some details on the patch in the PC tech support forum.

This patch addresses some of the lag issues people have been reporting. There were also some more minor issues addressed. We'll be releasing another PC patch very soon, so don't get too worried about the short list of fixed issues.

Remember, we're working on updates/patches for both the PC and Xbox right now, and the lag issue was our biggest focus for both.

We're working on another update to the dedicated server. We're busy fixing issues on both the 360 and PC in addition to working on the dedicated server so it may be a couple of days yet.

I'll update you as soon as I have a better time frame. We are working on fixing many of the issues that have been reported on the forums.
