Now this is the weird part, there is no "fireteam leader", so when accepting a new member into the fireteam, all current members will have to vote on the new member. This option is also the same way a player can accept invites into a fire team. Explained below.

Well the only benefit that I know of is a separate voip channel other than the team voip channel. I'd imagine this might be more of a captains match or scrim thing, were you can send teams to diffrent objectives ect, but could be used in regular game play.

Undead told me there are two voip keys, and fireteams have their own voip channel, is that right ?
If you are in a fireteam, can you still hear the teamwide voip and speak to the team too ?
