Agents of Change DLC is just on the horizon,
Agents of Change DLC is just on the horizon, slated for release in June. The pack will bring new maps, abilities, character customization options and weapon attachments to Brink, while also raising the level cap to 24. Here's a full list of the DLC content:
New Maps
Founders' Tower – The revolution finally reaches the island's iconic spire and takes the battle for the Ark to dizzying heights.
Labs – Venture into the depths of the Ark’s original research and development laboratories, a submerged high-tech facility so far untouched by the civil war.
So looking forward to this. All in all I'm having a total blast with this game. I love the team based game play and the persistent character progression. The story execution is shallow but the fact that it has a story at all is more than most other mp FPS titles have, IE., COD multiplayer and even BF:BC2 multiplayer. Typically you are just dumped into random maps with no backstory at all.
Brink really reminds me of TF2 + BC2 game play with the episodic missions of L4D.
The free DLC sounds really cool and I'm hoping it draws some new folks in. The game had its issues at launch, but SD worked quickly and resolved the majority of them (especially for PC) within the first 5 days. Maybe minus the ATI issue, but I am an NVIDIA user so was not impacted by that. The game runs like butter for me and fortunately I haven't experienced any crashes or corrupted game saves.
Free loot FTW!

It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
