Most are going for $300-$400. I dont know which auctions you're seeing. Remember, these things hold their value pretty well, and most of these used systems are bundled with LOTS of games ($50 each). You're still getting a great deal. By the time I was done with my system I'd spent nearly $700 (wii, xtra controller, xtra chucks, 4 games).

I'm still fighting with my gf so I can sell mine. It'd probably be around $300 + shipping for all of it if she bites.

Rumor is that Dec. 22 is the next shipment. I'd plan on being at CostCo, WalMart or Target at midnight on the 22nd if I wanted one...

there are 8 here at the Ennis, TX gamestop, plus 3 other refurbs.

229.00 +7.5% tax gets you a refurb wii, if you can't find one there. 249 for retail.

hey ral, i live in the twin cities, the walmarts here have a few here and there, might be a faster/cheaper shipping to go one state over =P what part of wisconni do you live in?

Kenosha, Wisconsin (53144). I have a few inquiries into some used Wii's on craigslist in my area so I am waiting to see what they say. I would prefer to buy a used unit as the bundles are a little more than I wanted to spend and often come with games I am not interested in. Thanks for the help though. I will let you know if these deals fall through.

Walmart and Target both sell them unbundled down here in the stores. As of the 1st, they had them in pretty good supply.

So I found out that the Toys-R-Us in the area was going to have Wii's in stock this morning. I drive up there 15 mnutes before they opened and there was a line of more than a hundred people standing out in the -10 (yes minus 10) degree weather here in wisconsin to have a chance for one of the 30 units the store had.

I guess it's back to craigslist for me.
