And I need to look into this PSP thing now that I'm going to have a PS3. Don't they integrate somehow?

i dunno.. The psp is wifi enabled, so I don't see why not....

they intergrate fairly well imho, you can use your ps3 as a host for psOne games and videos that your psp can grab up at will, and both systems have a fairly similar (identical) interface

You can also download psp movies and games from your PS3 onto your SD card and pop it in your psp and play its really cool.

there isnt an s d slot on the psp, it uses the sony proprietary 'memory stick duo'

Yes thanks to sony and their new update they should integrate even more once they release the update this fall
