    Though if I return to NC, I'd probably end up in Raleigh instead.

    Interesting thought..but I wonder if it's better to pick a Hot agent? I am going to my house up in the next year and I wonder if it's better to look for the more attractive agent to sell the home...thinking that prospective client would gravitate toward her..?
    Not sure if there has been a study on that or not...

    Funny you say she is hot. I thought the same thing 'AT FIRST'. Then I met her. She is nice and has a good no nonsense attitude, but no dice.

    Goodness...he's trying to sell his house, not his real estate agent. Maybe he should have sold a date with his real estate agent instead.

    My mother said it wasn't "bad" and that it looked "nice", but she's concerned about finding work in the area. Any input on that? (Not interested in buying, but just thinking)

    The area is located next to a Division of Marines. So most of the town will be a service related job sector. Unless you can get in on a contracting job with the Marines.
