    Looking for hard drives.

So, I need another HDD. Before I went off and bought a new one, I thought I'd see if there were any TG members that had what I'm interested in.

I would prefer SATA, but if there is a big enough IDE drive I would take that. Any thing needs to be greater than or equal to 250Gb. Again, I prefer SATA. If anyone has something or things they would be willing to part with, let me know.

Doubtful. I have two old EIDE ones sitting in a Ubuntu junker upstairs (40 GB and 80 GB) that I'm not even willing to part with.

With how cheap HDDs are now, you'd be better off shopping for a new drive off of NewEgg or some place else. You can easily pick up a 500 GB SATAII drive for $50 or so.

Oh, I'm fully aware of current Hardware trends in that regard. I was just checking. I have other HDDs that are that small, but that's not the size I want.
