I have two (2) 256MB Corsair XMS PC3200 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Retail memory sticks for sale.
Model #: CMX256A-3200C2
$50 OBO + S&H

Newegg 1x256 is going for $37 (as of this post).

Memory is about a year old and I'm selling these because I've upgraded memory stick sizes. This memory is EXCELLENT for OVERCLOCKING.

I would love to have that ram in 512 size. I think everyone is looking to get rid of the 256 chips now :P
