You see, this is why you always ask to deal with sellers through escrow. It scares any dishonest seller away.

Eh? Has something changed at Paypal? I thought you had to report it within 30 days, or you were SOL? And if you had your credit card company charge it back, you faced penalties applied by PayPal(up to and including total freezing of your account/moneys/activity)? Has all that been cleared up? Is paypal better now?
