I am not sure why it gave you that error. I'll have to check with the makers of the shopping cart.

In the meantime if you want ... just send the $12.00 via PAYPAL to:

Like I said, After you wrote me I ran a test purchase through and it went through fine .....

I was in contact with the makers of the Shopping Cart and here is what transpired:

Hello,

I had a customer try to put an order through on my website and he got this error when using PAYPAL EXPRESS:

SORRY THERE SEEMED TO BE AN ERROR
If you need any help with your purchase then be sure to contact us.

Transaction cannot complete
The Transaction cannot complete successfully.Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Now, after I received this message i ran a live transaction through myself and it went through fine.

Does anyone know why it would do this to him and not to me?
Is there any way i can find out WHAT made his transaction fail ?

Could have been a glitch on the server / PayPal. I would monitor orders over the next few days to see if it really was just a "once off".
