Like posted above, i woulkd definatly recommend building your own PC, i built mine for about 600 canadian, though i scavenged the HD and monitor from an older computer. I have never had one problem with it, and i would never recommend buying any sort of brand name computer to anytone, unless you have lots of cash then voodoocomputers all the way

btw, I have the 2500+ retail for you for 75.00 w/ s/h. I know it's only 5 buck, but it is 5 bucks, and I got a 300 distributer to buy.

newegg ships them assembled. I highly recommend this for your first time. The hardest part about building is making sure all your parts are compatible (mainly mobo,cpu,mem). The rest is only a bit more difficult than plugging peripherals into the back of your machine.
