Wanted: Old Agp Video card

Hey gang, my friends sister managed to bork up her video card on her old, old, old gateway PC. It still boot and everything, it just has terrible picture and is basically unusable. I told them i will look to find a replacement. all it needs to do is hold a video signal, as the box will only be used for word processing and websurfing, cheaper the better. i'm unsure of the agp level (eg, 4x, 8x) but i do know that the card is a TNT 2, or RIVA, or something like that, and that my Gforce2 mx400 worked in the box. i figured i'd ask here before i started looking online.

Thanks for your time.

Shipping costs will get you a Radeon 9000. From me, if that wasn't obvious.

I think I still have a GeForce Ti500 laying around... Let me know if it's wanted and I'll look for it.

Re: Wanted: Old Agp Video card

Thanks very much everyone, this will help me out a lot. I'll probubly go with poker's 9000 or viper's mx400 as those are the only cards that i have heard of. But i'm not sure as to what card is the best performer. I'm leaning towards the 9000. These people are good family friends of mine. Thanks to everyone that responeded. i'll PM the whoever has what i decide on.

Re: Wanted: Old Agp Video card

I believe the 9000 is better.

P.S. I just got word a few hours ago that im off to AZ for a while, I may not be able to send it off as quickly, best to go with Pokerface right now, unless your dead set on my MX400.
