Ah, so this will depend a lot on community feedback to be successful. The demographics of this area of trading worry me... I guess I'm just paranoid.

It doesn't have to be just member's feedback though. If we notice a account that is doing something abnormal. We will investigate the account and write the member to warn them.
Many of our members if they are paranoid to trade with someone, will ask us if the address in their account is legitimate for the person they are shipping a game too. We know the person's full contact information, so if they scam someone we will be able to find them. If a member puts in a fake address they will be suspended without question.

Re: SaySwap.com
Have you tried gamezola.com? They offer trading for $1.00. They also have the gamers send in their games to Gamezola for verification so that you are gauranteed a game. GameTZ is free but there are multiple incidences by users where they have not received their game. I would hate to lose my $50.00 and up priced game so some tard.

Re: SaySwap.com
No - I have not tried that out -at SaySwap all your trades are 100% protected and I think the community and games available are much greater than any of the other trading sites.

Re: SaySwap.com
We will be in '07 - but the tricky thing is dealing with pirated / copied games in the PC space - we want to ensure good user experience.

Re: SaySwap.com
Could it be true? I recently brought SaySwap up with a friend who wanted Wii games, but didn't want to pay full price. Then I said, "I wish they had a PC section!"
Apophis, don't you lead us on, now!

Re: SaySwap.com
Hehehehe.. I've been working with one of the guys at SaySwap since this thread first came up. It got put on the back burner for a while with all my travel for work but now that things are calming down for a few months we're getting close to something!
I can't say anything about a PC section. Wildminnesota addressed this a couple posts back. They have some concerns over trading games and people getting hosed with either pirated copies of the game or issues with serial numbers. Can't say as I blame them there.

Re: SaySwap.com
I tried signing into the TG sayswap and it told me my account was activated on a partner site, I'm assuming the main sayswap portal. Is there anyway to transfer myself over to the TG portal? Or do the portals even really make a difference?

I had that issue as well. You'll need to send them an e-mail to have them move you over to the http://tacticalgamer.sayswap.com portal.

Re: SaySwap.com
Then the potential trades won't be limited to only the TG members, correct?
