Is this legal?

Due to certain events, I have a legal copy of BF2142, I also have misplaced my BF2 cd key/manual and have lost the data. I would like to trade them if this is possible without violating anything. I don't enjoy 2142 like I do 2/PR. Just send a PM. Or admins close this thread and delete it if it is not acceptable.
