CD key in use
Um yeah i tried to join the server tonight and thats what it said. I have never given my key out and it is a legal version of COD2. Im really not sure what to do except call tech support and see what i can do
that sounds like a good idea trooper.

Sometimes it just happens. I guess you get caught up in the authentication loop or something silly like that. Wait an hour or two then play again.

Yeah, wait it out, it could be just want TurnLeft here just said. I've had the problem before myself. Hasn't re-occured so I'm confident my cd-key was not compromised. Safe to assume this is the cause when it's only happened once.
