Server banners (greasemonkey script)

I don't know how you guys view the status of the servers, but I always have to find the banner in someone's signatures and click on them. I figured it might be easier, for me at least, to have the banners displayed inside of the forums so I can view it at all times. I created a greasemonkey script to do just this. Here's a screenshot to see what I'm talking about.

If you don't know what Greasemonkey is, it is a Firefox extension that allows the customization of a webpage with javascript. You can download Greasemonkey here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748

Now once you have Greasemonkey installed, simply install the script from here:

cod4serverBanner.user.js

Re: Server banners (greasemonkey script)

one more thing. I edited this to show on every page since CoD4 is my primary game. is there any way to edit it so that it shows under the table with the User CP link?

Basically one table up from what it is now.

also, any way to center it?

Re: Server banners (greasemonkey script)

Yeah KillDaddy I can move it anywhere I want. I guess I can try to center them as well. I'll work on it tomorrow. Sheesh, you want anything else?

Re: Server banners (greasemonkey script)

lol no :P

all I did in my edit was to swap the two around, made server 1 show up first and server 2 to show up last, and added www.tacticalgamer.com/* to the include list :P

Re: Server banners (greasemonkey script)

Ok I've updated the script as per KillDaddy's suggestions and I do like it better this way. It should display on every page and it will be centered. Alternatively, you may edit the position the banners are displayed, either left, center, or right. You'll have to edit one line inside the script to do this. In Firefox go to Tools -> Greasemonkey -> Manage User Scripts and highlight the script and then click the edit button at the bottom and look for this code on line 10.

Code:
var position = "center";
Then replace center with either left or right. And then save the file and you're all set.

Updated script - cod4serverBanner.user.js
