I am making some new perks but i dont know what weapons to put in if u guys can tell me your favorite perk i will use it i want to use somthing new
My perk i use A LOT! is the M16 Stoping power and deep impact with that scope
So what is yours ??

Silenced G3 with UAV Jammer and Dead silence.
In fact all my kits are silent. Better to run around the map and know where the bad guys are.

I have a few favourites but I like to change things up every few weeks. I started out with lots of stopping power and deep impact kits with different assualt rifles.
M16 is a great all around weapon I find and I always have kit with it as a fall back. I usually have it with jammer and deep impact.
I usually have an SMG kit with jammer and dead silence, currently Im licking the AK74, but the MP is much more accurate.
I don't really bother with sniper kits as I usually end up tunnel vision'd and dead.
My guilty pleasure and the kit I defualt to is as follows: RPD + grip (accuracey is pretty good with this) + double tap + deep impact. It spits lead like crazy, has good accuracey if you burst fire and it's a chainsaw if some SOB tries to hide behind a crate on me. Basically if I see you first with this kit and I'm crouched, your done, this thing doesn't wound people. Some people frown on this kit for some of the small maps but it's the best counter tactic I have against the p90.
The G3 as described above is deadly.
I fear I may have revealed to many secrets.

i use an UZI With Silencer,C4,UAV Jammer,Eavesdrop or deep impact. Eavesdrop can be useful sometimes but it has been useful for me

I think we all know what i like to use but incase you dont...Silenced Scorp with deadsilence, UAV Jammer, and a can of whoop a$$, although i lost my can opener, so im not doin so hot.

2 main sets for HC mode on vanilla server:
My "overkill" set is:
G3 w/ red dot sight
Barrett .50 cal
smoke/fragx1
claymores
overkill
extreme conditioning so I can beat my opponents to the spots I like.
My "regular" set is:
G3 w/ red dot
silenced pistol
smoke/frag x1
Clays
UAV Jammer
Deep ImpactLong Live the 2nd BCT and 1st MIP

I dig the taste of cosmoline on a new gun! I carry a flask of it for those desperate times of needing a taste.
My setup:
g36 with red dot
smoke
claymores
uav jammer
dead silence
I use this setup on every map. I switch it to the p90 red dot, saw red dot, ak74 red dot and sometimes an overkill kit with uzi and sniper rifle from time to time.
Claymores, dead silence and jammer are standards for me. (except when I use the overkill)

Generally I play with an "overkill" kit of a P-90 with an M-21, Silence and I cannot even think what else..
I did make a new "stun" kit with a P-90 with jammer, silence and something else..oh yeah..3 stunners..! hahahah

The m249 is even more accurate but it lacks some of the put down power of the RPD. Size used to use that m249 kit all the time, he was a surgen with it.
I don't know how you guys use the overkill kits so well. I always have the wrong weapon out at the wrong time. Yet you guys always seem to have the right weapon out at the right time ( I cant count how many times Birdie has picked me off with the M21 and then poped up with an SMG to take a few more out)

Consider:
Taking a SMG Kit (P90 or MP5) and Overkill with the M21 or R700 and Deep Penetration or Extreme Conditioning with 3 stuns.
That way you can run into the fray and kill the first wave of attackers by stunning the heck out of them. Then switch to that sniper rifle and pick off the unsuspecting snipers and heavys.
Funny, now that I write this I know what I will be doing when I get home! I will change my run and gun kit just slightly to match the above listed loadout.
Only thing I am not fond of is the Insurgent model for the SMG Kit is the red and white wearing towel which is a perfect target for anyone to shoot at!

For an SMG class I would go with an MP5 silenced with UAV jammer, extreme conditioning, and bandolier. It is great for hardcore, and it is moderatly good for normal gameplay. ALso for your M16 class dont put deep impact on it, it can shoot through alot of walls by itself so it is really a waste of a perk.
