Well... being a mature community, I would hope damn would be acceptable. Although I have heard mention of players being reprimanded for that very word... seemed a little extreme to me to reprimand for something so trivial..

It was typed and a warning was typed in response. I believe it was because the admin was trying to uphold the rules, and since we don't have a do-not-say list he used his best judgment. It's a mild word in the scheme of things, and I agree that it shouldn't elicit a response on a mature server, but it may depending upon the admin in game at the time.

Everyone has their own interpretation of what "is" and "is not" acceptable..plus, what if most times your kids are not in the room, then there are a LOT of things that might be more acceptable than when you kids are there next to you or in your lap and watching. Plus, if you have not noticed, there are a bunch of little kids playing this game themselves..some as young as ten. I for one will CERTAINLY not tolerate a young child running his mouth trying to be "big" because some other people think it is acceptable. Listening to the teeny-boppers thinking they are "adult" is bad enough on here..

So it all boils down to who says or types what, and who sees and heres at the time. It all seems relative..but I cannot see anyone of us getting hot over a "..damn that was a good grenade!"....

My grandma would say that and it would be ok..! hahahahha
