Now, what does it mean? How did I (we) get this badge? Can we use it to gain access to secret military installations? Can we trade them like baseball cards or garbage pail kids cards? Can I recharge it at an ATM?

Stupid me... I just realized what this badge was for. I did not attend the class (I completely forgot about it), and have removed the badge from my signature. Please remove my name from the list of people that completed the class. I would prefer to not receive accolades for something I did not do.
