Idea ....
I am not writing this to point fingers nor to complain about the Admin or fellow members, this game raises intense feelings and tends to bring out the passion out in all of us. I am offering a suggestion of a solution. It may work it may not, but it is a start.
Can we have a Town hall style meeting in team speak, open to members only every other month? Maybe this will lower the feelings of quitting, improve team play and over all strengthen our COD4 community. I believe we can improve game play for our members by putting the emphasis on Self-actualization. I think that a town hall meeting would be the subception we need to bring self-concept and self-consistency to the game.

might work, might not.. too many people are scared to speak their minds because they are scared of the admin kicking or banning them for saying something that needs to be said.

I am not a tg member, but i think this will work for you lot.
Having meetings, having a chance to speak up your mind is the base off a good community.
Heck it even sounds like democracy..

The admins do great work here and they do it for free, so we should always be thankful for that and keep it in mind. But being human the admins also make mistakes sometimes so if you guys have a problem with them, discuss it like adults. Send a PM, call for a metting with them on TS if that works and have a chat about it. Work it out.
They can't kick or ban you for speaking your mind, if so then we have a serious problem here.
