Hey guys, I had to reformat last night and for some reason my mic isn't working in-game. Windows xp, sp3. Audigy 2. Latest drivers for everything. Mic works in windows. Any ideas? It worked fine before I reformatted and passes the hardware tests, but shows no sound in the voice chat option menu in cod4 and I can't be heard. Thanks Guys!
Yeah, in windows and the creative driver. Even cranked all the way up it doesn't register in cod4. I'm trying to get teamspeak installed and configured if I can find the ip address and remember how to set it up to try and see if it works. The windows voice recorder works fine.
No problem, thanks for the try, I'm still fooling around with it. -EDIT- I just got teamspeak going and it works fine. The odd thing is that when it's running in the background, the level indicator in the game's voice chat options shows that the mic works, and I'm assuming that it does, haven't tried that yet. With teamspeak closed it doesn't.
