    Openwarfare Project Version 1.5.2 now operational

    Both servers are updated to the newest version of the mod. Server 1 remains essentially the same but it now uses the same weapons damage and range values as server 2.

    On server 1, you will notice that the welcome screen is missing - this is temporary, as is the health bar in the lower left. Please let me know if you notice anything else that needs adjusting. The upgrade will not effect your ranks or create a class.

    Server 2 has been changed a bit. It is now "unranked" meaning there is no create a class or ranking up. Your old ranks are saved in the "openwarfare130" folder within player profile and can be used in the future if for some reason we "rank" the server again.

    Server 2 now has a class based weapons load out with a limited selection of perks - the weps have yet to be trimmed back - and a limit of 2 per side for the following classes: Sniper, heavy gunner and demolitions. A lot of folks have been asking for this change so we'll give it a go. It will make it much easier for squad leaders to arrange their team's kit load outs to better suit actual squad needs on a given map. Kits can be changed during the ready up and used that round or any time after that and the changes will take effect on the next respawn.

    Please let me know if there's anything that needs fixin. And by all means, comments on the setup and folks personal preferences are welcome any time.

    Oooo.. I guess I will have to sit in Sever 2 during the day to get all the maps.

    I especially like the class limits. Hopefully everyone will give it a chance.

    Well, looks like I spoke too soon on the ranks. Server 1 virtual ranks were reset to 55 with the new version. Sorry folks. I know you all liked your cool Prestige badges. Please look upon this as one more opportunity to prove we're here for the gameplay and not the stats.

    Thanks for your continued patience while we optimize the new mod version.

    But what does the little EMS symbol at the start of the round mean. I'm stumped.
    Also the half-moon beside the health bar

    Well, seems like the OWP guys have already released 1.5.3 and only a week after 1.5.2, so something wasn't right.

    Server 1 is still 1.5.2. I'm setting up the 1.5.3 configs and will load them asap.

    Server 2 has been switched back to the previous version until I can set up the 1.5.3 configs so your svr2 custom kits should come back for the time being. Birdie had to join the server then quit and rejoin before they would show up for him.
