ingame fps
Any one got a clue why my fps are capped to 125 while running the game..??
Got a sli setup with two 8800 GTS cards both with 320MB DDR3 on it.
You would think those 2 cards would pull a little more fps..
I attached a screenshot of my settings ingame.

Also I noticed after installing the second gfx card that riva tuner wont let my overclock both cards..
It worked fine with one card installed on my previous mainboard (temp one while my original was away for repair),
but after switching the mainboard back to my original (repaired) one,
checking if everything worked there (riva tuner still worked then, giving me my old overclock settings)
I put back the second card, started windows and then riva tuner stopped giving me the overclock options
any one an idea on that one as well..??Last edited by DeeJee.sl; 04-07-2009 at 05:34 PM. Reason: added screen shot

Re: ingame fps
I believe the console command is:
/set cl_maxpackets
or
/set com_maxfps
If you have a number after these, that is what your FPS is capped at.

Re: ingame fps
I put it on the max 1000 not that I will ever reach that but maybe both gfx cards will think they can..

Re: ingame fps
Dee Jee take a look at my post I made a while back by clicking on this link and having a read. It will help you to know where to set you both of these numbers to maximize the communication between the server and your computer.
